QRSVPR is managing a private event. We are still committed to protecting the privacy of the event hosts and their guests.

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely for managing event RSVPs.

Email Practices

Consent-Based Only

Emails are sent only to guests who have been personally invited by event hosts and who have submitted an RSVP. We do not purchase, rent, or acquire email lists from any external source. Every recipient has explicitly engaged with the invitation system.

Types of Emails

→ RSVP Confirmations — sent when you submit or update your response
→ Event Updates — important announcements about the event
→ Access Links — secure links to view or update your RSVP

We do not send promotional emails, newsletters, or marketing communications.

Unsubscribe

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately removes you from future communications. We also include standard unsubscribe headers so your email client can offer native unsubscribe options. All unsubscribe preferences are stored and honored permanently.

Delivery Reliability

We monitor email delivery and automatically handle delivery issues. If an email cannot be delivered, we retry delivery. We track delivery failures and complaints to maintain a healthy sending reputation and ensure your emails are received.

Information We Collect

We collect only information necessary for event coordination:

→ Guest names as provided by event hosts
→ Email addresses for confirmations and updates
→ RSVP responses
→ Dietary requirements (if provided)
→ Messages to hosts (if provided)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

→ Processing and recording RSVP responses
→ Sending confirmation emails and event updates
→ Providing event hosts with attendance information

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the event.

Data Retention

Guest data is retained only as long as necessary for event management. After an event concludes, hosts may delete guest data. You may also request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement appropriate security measures:

→ Unique, cryptographically secure invitation tokens
→ Secure database storage with access controls
